SUMMIT CONVERGENCES

SUMMIT – (noun) (L. summitas, from summus, highest)

• The top; the highest point; as the summit of a mountain
• The highest point or degree; utmost elevation
• The highest point of attainment or aspiration
• The highest level of officials…the level restricted to heads of government

CONVERGENCE – (LL. convergere { L com-, together + vergere, to bend)

• The act or instance of converging; tendency to one point

CONVERGE –

• Approach nearer together, as two lines which continually approach each other
• To tend or move toward one point or one another; come together; MEET
• To come together and unite in a common interest or focus
• To move or be directed toward each other or toward the same place, purpose, or result

One of the injunctions of The Great Commission, which God the Son / Son of God Jesus gave unto His original apostles, was to “Go ye therefore, AND TEACH ALL NATIONS…” The Greek word for “TEACH” in this verse is “MATHETEUO“, which means “to become a pupil…to disciple…I.E., ENROLL AS SCHOLAR…” A true Apostle / genuine Apostolic Ministry brings forth DEEP, REVELATORY, COMPREHENSIVE, FOUNDATIONAL WORD OF GOD in all levels – Logos, Rhema, and the Oracles of God. A true Apostle / genuine Apostolic Ministry will thoroughly teach and instruct their people with sound doctrine and the richness of the entire Bible. Hence, a people who partake of genuine Apostolic Ministry will be ENROLLED AS SCHOLARS:  highly knowledgeable, well-rounded, ready in season and out of season to give powerful, convicting, Scripture-laden answers to any who ask about the hope that is within them. God the Father’s desire is always to see the mountaintop “House of the LORD”, as described in ISAIAH 2:2-3 and MICAH 4:1-2, flourishing in the earth, TEACHING THE WAYS AND THE PATHS OF THE GOD OF JACOB TO ALL PEOPLE.  This is always a part of God’s Assigned Apostolic Commission in the earth.

TO THIS END, here at The Father’s House, we hold FATHERHOOD / APOSTOLIC SUMMIT CONVERGENCES three times a year.  These take place on a weekend (Thursday evening through Sunday afternoon), usually in March, June, and October.  Men of God, ministry leadership, and serious people of God from all across the nation convene as Apostle Seymour and various featured speakers deliver key Apostolic foundational building blocks, in-depth teaching, and powerful preaching on vital topics. The anointing of the Holy Ghost is present to identify and isolate those hidden things which have locked us down and held us back from God, to utterly remove from the roots all that causes us harm and damage, to encourage, and to consecrate us more deeply to God The Father, His Assigned Man, His Commission, and all the God-given relationships He has set in our lives. Established relationships are reunited and strengthened; new bonds are birthed and forged.  All that transpires serves to magnify, reveal, and establish God as Divine Father in our lives, ministries, and families, and to set us more deeply as sons and daughters — the “adelphos” (Greek, “born of the same father, from the same womb”) — into God’s Fatherhood and His true Family!
